福建省南平市副市长魏敦盛5日在新闻发布会上说，本届茶博会以“‘三茶’统筹·融合发展”为主题，“缘聚武夷·茶和天下”为宣传口号，规划了“茶和天下”馆(包含台湾馆、福建馆、“一带一路”馆、武夷风华馆)、茶创意馆(包含茶食品展区、茶器具展区、茶机械展区)、茗茶馆(包含六大茶类展区)、新茶饮馆(包含茶包装展区)等四大主题展馆，通过成果展示、贸易洽谈、合作交流、茶旅体验，强化“对台交流、区域辐射、产业联动、品牌带动”，展示践行“三茶”统筹理念、促进两岸融合发展最新成果。

南平市通过两岸茶产业全方位的交流交往，促进茶产业多层次、宽领域融合发展。南平市台办主任余丽芳介绍，本届茶博会专门设置了台湾馆展区，展位数量达175个，超过140家台湾茶企参展，参展的茶相关产品涵盖乌龙茶、红茶、高山茶等十余种台湾茗茶，以及台湾产的茶器具、茶食品等。在茶博会期间，举办的24项活动中有两岸斗茶赛、茶文化体验营等16项与茶相关的涉台交流活动，参与的台胞将超过300名。
